The AC Milan product Marco Nasti is currently on loan at Bari and has started the season well. In a recent interview, the 20-year-old was asked about his performances and also shared an anecdote about Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
After the loan spell at Cosenza last season, Milan decided to send Nasti out on loan for this campaign as well, and Bari came knocking. So far, he has scored three goals and has also been an important player for the team. You can read our latest report on all of the loanees on our Substack.
In his interview with Gianluca Di Marzio, Nasti decided to share a story about Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the one time he got very upset in training. And it says a lot about how big of an effect that Swede could have, with his return now imminent.
“We all know Ibra, and we all know that he could cause a scene. Once, he ate me alive in training because I didn’t pass him the ball. But he had a winning mentality, he did it to encourage you. The guys who came up to the first team from the Primavera weren’t too cocky around him,” he stated.
Nasti certainly would have been a good player to have tonight, just like Lorenzo Colombo, but Milan will have the 15-year-old Francesco Camarda on the bench instead. Colombo could perhaps remain with the first team for next season, though, having impressed with Monza so far.
