AC Milan have Morten Hjulmand on their list of concrete targets for the midfield and they could look to try manufacture an exchange deal, a report claims.
According to SportMediaset (via MilanNews), Hjulmand is the latest idea for the midfield department which needs reinforcing given Ismael Bennacer’s injury plus the end of Aster Vranckx and Tiemoue Bakayoko’s loan spells.
The Denmark international and captain of Lecce has a valuation of €25m, a figure that the Rossoneri management would like to cover in part with the inclusion of a counterpart.
The report adds that the Apulian side are big admirers of Marco Nasti, a striker owned by the Diavolo who played last season on loan at Cosenza.
He could therefore be inserted in the operation to lower the cash sum required to land the 23-year-old Hjulmand, who arrived at Lecce three years ago from Austrian Bundesliga side Admira Wacker.
