Lorenzo Colombo is set to return to AC Milan as they will exercise their buy-back clause in the loan deal. Lecce, therefore, will have to look elsewhere and could take on another Rossoneri youngster.
Lecce announced earlier this evening that they have activated their buy-put clause in Colombo’s loan deal. However, Milan will make use of their buy-back clause and the striker will thus return to the Rossoneri.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Lecce might not have to look far for a replacement as Milan youngster Marco Nasti could solve their problem. He spent last season on loan at Cosenza and was decisive in their salvation in Serie B.
Nasti, therefore, could join Lecce in a Colombo-type deal with both a buy-out and a buy-back clause. This past season, the 19-year-old found the back of the net five times for Cosenza one of them came in the Serie B relegation play-offs, the only goal of that two-legged tie.
