Zlatan Ibrahimovic returned to the stage at the Sanremo Music Festival and he couldn’t help but exchange some jibes with the host Amadeus, a well-known Inter fan.
After being part of the festival three years ago, Ibrahimovic was present on the stage again last night and this time his presence was not pre-announced.
Shortly after the start of the first evening of the 74th edition of the Sanremo festival, Ibrahimovic made his entrance at the Ariston Theatre, immediately becoming the protagonist of a skit with Amadeus.
The former Swedish striker was listed as a guest together with his wife, sitting in the front row, but he actively participated in the evening, giving himself five minutes on stage before taking his seat.”
Ibra had already taken part in Sanremo as assistant host in 2021, again alongside Amadeus. Yesterday evening, his entrance on the scene came from the back of the room, distributing hcards to fans.
Then a few jokes with Amadeus began: “How old are you, 61? I’m 42 and I stopped because I listened to my body! The presidential seat only for Mattarella, why? How many goals did he score?”
At the end of the Zlatan’s bit, Amadeus landed a jab: “I put you in the front row even though you are not first in the table.”
