The value of the AC Milan shirt in terms of the revenue it brings from various sponsors continues to increase, a report has highlighted.
MilanNews report how Milan announced this morning that they have renewed their partnership with the airline Emirates who will therefore continue to be the Rossoneri’s Official Airline Partner and Principal Partner.
With this new agreement – worth €30m per year plus bonuses – the value of Milan’s kits further increases, which is now close to €80m when breaking down the various deals that have been put in place over the past couple of years.
In addition to the €30m from Emirates, a new deal with PUMA will see the club earn €30m per year, with €5m from the sleeve sponsor Bitmex and €7m from Wefox who have a spot on the back of the men’s first team shirts.
To those, €7m per year must be added from Konami, given eFootball is printed on the training gear and other items. Therefore, a total of €79m just for having brand names displayed on the various shirts.
