Journalist claims Milan want to renew talented midfielder amid Dortmund and PSV interest

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have taken the first steps towards trying to get Kevin Zeroli to commit his long-term future to the club, a journalist has claimed.

According to Alessandro Jacobone, the Milan staff and management have been very impressed by Zeroli so far on the USA tour, having called him up from the Primavera squad to gauge his ability.

Geoffrey Moncada believes a lot in the 18-year-old and would like to secure his long-term future with a renewal until June 2027, and this is part of the reason for Rafaela Pimienta’s presence in Milano.

There is a specific reason that the Rossoneri are pushing to get an extension signed, namely that Zeroli is attracting interest from European clubs such as Borussia Dortmund and PSV Eindhoven.

Moncada wants to prevent any complications and to take advantage of the enthusiasm that Zeroli feels given he is representing the first team of his boyhood club out in the USA.
