AC Milan have officially released the ticket prices for the three Champions League home group stage games that will take place.
The club website confirms that – starting from tomorrow – ticket sales will resume for AC Milan vs. Atletico Madrid and prices have been updated after initial controversy, with tickets starting from €39 for 2019-20 season ticket holders.
The ticket prices for the group stages of the Champions League for the upcoming season were an issue that rather surprisingly divided large sections of the fan base and ultimately caused a re-evaluation from CEO Ivan Gazidis.
For a ticket in the Curva Sud it would have cost €119, for the first tier they were €139 to €200, for the third tier they ranged from €69 to €89, and the highest price was €490. Now, however, that has all changed.
While there are still some high-end tickets, all of the second and third tier tickets come in at under €120 – most of them under €100 – while the Curva has gone from €119 to €54 which is a 50% reduction.
