AC Milan Women have officially announced the signing of Czech forward Andrea Stašková ahead of the 2023-24 season.
As confirmed via an official statement, the Czech forward has signed with the Rossonere until June 2026. The player comes to Milan on a free transfer from Atlético Madrid. However, Stašková has history in Serie A, as she spent three seasons at Juventus between 2019 and 2022.
The forward scored a total of 15 goals for the Bianconere. She scored far less than that for Atléti (two). However, she also scored a whopping 49 goals for her first club, Sparta Prague, which proves that she can be a prolific goalscorer.
Serie A Femminile is currently on hiatus right now and many quite a few Milan players will be participating in the upcoming Women’s World Cup. Stašková will not be one of them, as the Czech Republic did not qualify for the tournament.
Nonetheless, she should be ready for the upcoming 2023/2024 season and should play a vital role for the team then.
