Milan bounced back with a crucial win this afternoon as they managed to beat Hellas Verona by two goals to nil, despite lacking several key players. And with this win, they have reached a big milestone.
According to Opta, Milan are one of just four sides to have picked up 100+ points since the start of 2020, which just confirms how good they have been. In addition to the Rossoneri, Man City, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are also on the list.
#ACMilan are the fourth side to have picked up 100+ points in the 'top five' European leagues since 1/1/2020 onwards, after Manchester City, Bayern München and Real Madrid (101 for the Rossoneri).

After 26 games played in the league, they are in second place with 56 points, four ahead of Juventus who have one game in hand. They are getting closer to a return to the prestigious Champions League, therefore, which would be huge.
The season is still long, though, and they will have to build on today’s win in order to keep their spot in second place. Inter have got themselves a good cushion as far as the Scudetto goes, but Champions League remains the goal.
