Fenerbahce have renewed their interest in Rade Krunic and could make a new attempt during the January transfer window. This time out, AC Milan could accept the sale and for less money as well, a report claims.
Milan decided to keep Krunic in the summer due to Ismael Bennacer’s injury. However, as the renewal talks have stalled and the Algerian’s comeback is close, they could accept a sale in January. Fenerbahce are still interested, as per Sport Digitale’s Yağız Sabuncuoğlu.
According to the journalist, Krunic will soon have a meeting with Milan regarding the renewal. In the event of a negative outcome, Fenerbahce will make a new attempt in January. The Rossoneri’s request have dropped below €10m and the player is keen on the move as well.
Fenerbahce striker Edin Dzeko, Krunic’s compatriot, is pushing for the move and the feeling is that it could materialise this time out. The 30-year-old will have to stay focused on Milan a bit longer, though, with some important games on the cards.
After two points in four games, Milan will have to bounce back against Fiorentina this Saturday. Krunic should play from start and will have to improve upon his recent performances.
Fenerbahce, is the only one who can save us. My second favorite team.
We only have to pay Fenerbahce €10M to take him off our hands?
