AC Milan continue to be linked with seemingly a new striker every day and the latest name to emerge is Antonio Sanabria of Torino.
According to what is being reported by La Repubblica (via AreaNapoli) Sanabria is attracting the attention of several clubs amid a season in which he has scored 12 goals and has added three assists for Torino, making him their top scorer.
Napoli are braced for the possibility of losing Victor Osimhen this summer and would need a replacement so they are in the running, while both Milan and Inter are mentioned as being keen too.
Arsenal consider him a potential low-cost option given that it would take a fee of around €25m to convince the Granata, which is not a huge figure nowadays especially for Premier League sides.
Milan are in the market for a new centre-forward given that Olivier Giroud will soon turn 37 while Ante Rebic, Divock Origi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic could all depart before the start of the new season.
what the heeeeeeell?
We’re linked with every name in this world. But for a striker if we continue playing a4 2 3 1 then we need somebody who is big, can hold the ball, create and score. Scamacca fits that perfectly. Is there someone with similar or better characteristics then I’m all for it but he’s also Italian. I’d love to have him healthy on this team
Ive noticed a lot of milan supporters doesnt like scamacca but i think if there is an opportunity of signing him fairly cheap (20-25 mil) maybe with the insertion of origi on top of it to finalize the deal it could be a great move. He is a young very tall and fairly athletic and technically gifted player with room, to further improve and an eye for goals and as you mentioned he would help in regard of the homegrown quota, Adding him and arnautovic as a third choice and still having giroud should create competition and both give us more strings to play on while maybe putting a bit more weight and muscles on scamacca could make hm further exceed. On the other hand i wouldnt oppose the idea of thuram either but imy guess is that he will end up with a currently financial stronger club than ac milan but deffently also worth an attempt as well.
Let us try to bring in Scamacca and have him develop into a solid target man for the next 5-6 years. Arnautovic and Giroud can rotate and come in as subs. Giroud must stop asking to be the first CF… he is turning 37…
scamacca would be front figure but they would pretty m,uch be on equal footing because they are reminescence of each other, scamacca qould learn and giroud and arnatovic would still be the generals regardless of their positions in who plays first. I think this could be super beneficial and arnautovic is one of the fairly few players that has a real mean streeak to him so it could strengthen us a great deal..
Torino can provide us with just what we need and it’s not Sanarbia, it’s Wilfred Singo!!, We need him urgently as Calabria is a squad player not starting 11, he is really struggling and not coping at all and has cost us dearly
Beto would be a great option under 15m, in my opinion
Wait, what beto for under 15 mil ! my bet is that he will be sold for 30 + mil or something if udinese decides to sell him. Beto is the sort of player that keeps udinese afloat and preventing them from getting relegated to serie b so he is of great technical but also monetary importance to the club,
Instead of fumbling looking for a quality striker everyday. Why shouldn’t we elevate camarda, he is 15 years. Remember Mbappe made his debut for Monaco aged 16 years only .So what is the wait for?
players need dispensation to play at that age as did donnarumma who was a year older when he got his debut. The club is obviously trying to protect the player so i doubt we will see camarda getting his debut before in the next 2-3 years. both mbappe and donnarumma was generational talents camarda is yet to prove that but he certainly looks promising so im looking forward to see him getting his debut but its better to not put unnecessary pressure on the kid for the time being.
