AC Milan are planning their attack for the future and must make a decision on a number of players currently in the squad, a report has outlined.
Today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) analyses the Rossoneri’s possible plans, starting from those who are currently part of the group. Olivier Giroud will certainly be in the Milan squad for next season (he has been negotiating a renewal for some time), as will Divock Origi.
Barring sensational surprises, there should be no room for Zlatan Ibrahimovic next year and that is why Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara – with the help of the scouting department – are looking at a few names to come in and be the No.9 for the long-term.
Speaking of the the future, there are three young centre-forwards owned by Milan that will face differing paths. Marko Lazetic is showing off with the Primavera, Lorenzo Colombo is on loan at Lecce and Marco Nasti is at Cosenza in Serie B. The next summer market will have an impact on their future.
