There will be an event in San Donato this evening about the new stadium that AC Milan would like to build in the area, having already purchased the land needed.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Pianeta Milan), at 20:30 CET on Tuesday, the mayor of San Donato, Francesco Squeri, will be meeting citizens at the municipality headquarters to hear their thoughts on the potential stadium.
The primary topic that will be discussed is the urban planning of the San Francesco area. According to Milan’s time frame, by 2028 or 2029, the stadium will have been built and the Rossoneri will be playing there.
Squeri is going to give local residents all of the up to date details on the project and how far along it is, and then he will be answering their questions. The event is also going to be streamed and people will be able to submit questions via email.
This is not a public debate, because the land that Milan have purchased is private. It is more to find out what the mood of the local citizens is.
Milan recently purchased the land and various exciting details of the new stadium have been reported, which has built excitement in the fan base.
