SM: Milan ask about Torino striker Sanabria – Origi could be involved

By Oliver Fisher -

Among the options that the AC Milan management are exploring is Antonio Sanabria, with Divock Origi potentially coming into the negotiations.

As our colleagues at SempreMilan.it report, the talks between Milan and Porto for Mehdi Taremi fell through due to the enormous commissions requested by the player’s entourage, and thus the Rossoneri have turned to other targets.

In the last few hours, it has emerged that Milan are gathering information on Sanabria of Torino. The key could be Origi, who is wanted by Premier League clubs but also by the Granata too.

The operation could materialise with an exchange of loans or with the permanent sale of the Paraguay international and consequent loan of the Belgian.

However, with time running out and less than nine hours left in the mercato, Geoffrey Moncada and Giorgio Furlani will have to work quickly if they are to agree two simultaneous operations.

Sanabria scored 12 goals in Serie A for Torino last season, but came off injured in the first half of their 4-1 defeat to Milan last Saturday.

  1. I think it is past the trade deadline, but what about getting Willy Gnonto
in January for depth? He is pretty good… 🙂👍🏼⚽️
