AC Milan’s next fixture is against Bologna, and the clash could serve as the perfect opportunity for the Rossoneri to take a closer look at some of their targets.
Milan have been consistently linked with three individuals who are currently with the Rossoblu. Firstly Thiago Motta, the Italian coach has been widely rumoured to be a favoured candidate to succeed Stefano Pioli.
Then there is Lewis Ferguson and Joshua Zirkzee, who are both no stranger to links to a move to Milano. Both have seen an astronomical rise recently, under Motta, and the game is being seen as a chance to kill multiple birds with one stone.
Not only does it give a chance for the Diavolo to watch the trio’s reaction to the San Siro atmosphere, but also their performance, and whilst it is hoped none of them come away from the game happy, it is hoped they will show their abilities.
Daniele Longo reported on CalcioMercato.com that a link could emerge between Milan and Bologna, given the interest in the trio.
On Thiago Motta…

On Joshua Zirkzee…

On Lewis Ferguson…
